The ESC Property Services team boasts years of experience working in the multi-family communities near Notre Dame. Some of our employees have participated in the original sales and construction of the units.

This first-hand knowledge is invaluable in all areas of our business.

In addition to our solid history with the ESC communities and their buyers, we also have long-time, established relationships with local vendors, subs, and suppliers.

  • Sheral Litell

    GENERAL MANAGER
    MANAGING BROKER

    Sheral has a more than 25-year history in real estate with a focus on commercial portfolios. Her background, experience, and skill set have armed her with excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and management tools.

    In addition to serving as the new General Manager for ESC Property Services, Sheral is also the Managing Real Estate Broker for ESC Property Sales.

    Sheral is thrilled to be working with the established team at ESC properties, counting on their wealth of knowledge and their commitment to excellent customer service, to serve as the cornerstone of the company to provide an even broader range of services.

    When Sheral is not at ESC, you can find her with her ex-racing greyhound, Tally.

  • Anita Chew

    ACCOUNTING

    Anita is responsible for administrative, accounting, and bookkeeping functions for ESC Property Services and Sales. She also maintains the financial records for the Homeowner’s Associations under the management of ESC. She is a Certified Public Bookkeeper and has a degree in Economics.

    Anita enjoys Notre Dame football, family vacations, and outdoor adventures.

  • Shannon Franklin

    RENOVATIONS & MAINTENANCE MANAGER

    Shannon works closely with his maintenance team and property manager to provide the highest quality service to our communities and their residents. He is actively involved with all the HOA and COA boards of directors relative to property maintenance and capital improvement projects.

    In his role as Renovations Manager, Shannon also manages our established list of approved vendors to provide remodeling services to our owners.

    Shannon has a BS in Environmental Biology. He started his career with St. Joseph County. He also worked as a self-employed General Contractor for twelve years prior to joining the ESC team in 2015.

    In his off-time, Shannon can be found with his wife, Jen, at his boys’ sports activities.

  • Jason Gillis

    MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

    Jason has 30-plus years’ experience in the facilities management field, including seven years with ESC. He oversees all day-to-day maintenance activities for each of our developments. Jason operates jointly with property and maintenance managers to coordinate and perform all necessary duties to maintain our facilities at their highest levels.

    In his spare time, Jason enjoys working on his Jeep and Mustang, as well as spending time outdoors.

  • Brian Hesch

    MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION TECHNICIAN

    Brian is a maintenance tech with a 30+ year background in the maintenance and construction industries, including ten years with ESC. Brian has a degree in building and construction management from Purdue University.

    Brian enjoys spending time with his family swimming in Lake Michigan and eating pizza.

  • Chris Sandnas

    MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

    Chris has clocked over 20 years in the construction and maintenance fields. He has varied experience within the RV, excavation, and facilities maintenance areas. He was most recently the Facilities Manager of the Icebox skating facility in South Bend.

    Chris enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids when not at work. He is also very involved in youth hockey coaching, backcountry hiking, and all outdoor activities.
